Dorothea Victoria Stokes was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania to Betty and Hubert Hall. She passed away peacefully on December 29, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Stokes Jr.; son, James Stokes III; grandmother, Mary Hall.

She is survived by sons, Hubert Stokes, Wesley Stokes and Damon Johnson; siblings, Ronald Hall, Thelma Randolf, Freda Berry, Huberta "Dee Dee" Hall; grandchildren, Cyerra Stokes, Wesley Stokes Jr, Kali Stokes.
