Taking his greatest pride in Culinary Arts, Singing, Dancing, and just living life with absolutely no regrets, James Leon Bishop, of Columbus Ohio., journeyed into the Promise Land Monday, July 8, 2019. As of August 26, 1989, he was born and raised an Ohio State Buckeye being creative in everything he did. With his favorite saying being “Lies,”

James will be joining cousins, Marricha Johnson, Rolland Bishop; grandfather, George E. Sims Sr., great grandmother, Frances Hicks; great aunt, Betty Jo Allen; sister,
Tonchilde Madison and grandmother, Jo-Ann Madison.

His memory will live on through his children Malika and Xzayvion Bishop; parents, Michelle and John Bishop II, and Charles and Richilde Madison; siblings, Anthony Sims, Ja’Wan, Cheronda, Kavonte’, Kevin, and Christopher and Josea Bishop, Ashley and Stevon Burke, Charlena and Andre Tanner, Ebony and Armone Cleveland, Aisha Curry, Shampayne, Shaquan
and Charles Thompson, Thomas, Isaiah, and Char’nae Madison, and Keisha Jones; grandparents, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
