Anthony Hoskin Obituary

Anthony N. Hoskin, affectionately known as "Tony," departed this life on Thursday, June 4, 2026. He was born on December 30, 1983, in Columbus, Ohio, to Shelia Hoskin-Winston and the late Anthony Hoskin. Tony was a loving son, devoted father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend whose presence brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew him.

From an early age, he developed a passion for sports, particularly football and track and field, which remained a lifelong love. Tony graduated from Northland High School in Columbus, Ohio, in 2002. He continued his education at California University of Pennsylvania, where he excelled as a student-athlete on the university's football team. During his collegiate years, he became a proud member of the distinguished fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., through the Zeta Eta Chapter. In 2007, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Following graduation, Tony relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he pursued a successful career in finance. He worked diligently to build a life centered on family, personal growth, and service to others. Tony joined the Frisco Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

One of Tony's greatest blessings and proudest accomplishments was becoming a father. In 2015, he welcomed his beloved daughter, Charis Nevach Hoskin, into the world. Fatherhood transformed Tony, and he embraced every moment of it. Whether it was school pick-ups, sporting events, performances, or awards ceremonies, Tony made sure he was present. His love, guidance, and unwavering support for Charis were evident in all that he did. Tony became a member of "Pride of Mount Pisgah #135 Prince Hall Lodge of F&AM of Texas to further demonstrate his commitment to brotherhood, leadership, and community involvement.
