Anthony Eugene Smith

Anthony Eugene Smith, age 60, passed away on January 12, 2024 after an extended illness at The Ohio State University Hospital Hospice Care Unit.

Tony was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 16, 1963, to Sylvia A. Smith and the late Richard L. Crosby.

Tony attended Eastmoor High School. He was a former member of Woodland Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Columbus, Ohio. He was a longtime dedicated employee of Tee Jaye's Country Place, Grove City, Ohio.

Tony is preceded in death by his father, Richard L. Crosby and stepfather, William E. Smith.

Tony is survived by his loving mother, Sylvia A. Smith and his brother, Michael (Renate Jackson) Smith; loving nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends.
