RESCHEDULED TO 12/27/2022!!
Anthony Marcel Williams, Jr., was born on January 23, 2000, to Anthony Williams and LaTasha Hairston. He was educated in the Columbus City Schools where he graduated with honors. He was gifted and talented and always made the honor roll. He was very smart—he was beyond his years and many people would comment about how brilliant, intelligent, and well-spoken he was. TJ had a huge heart and absolutely loved his father and mother who he held in high esteem. He also loved his siblings. He loved to have family gatherings and cook, dance, sing, and tell jokes; he would break out of nowhere with a song. He was the life of any party—he had the ability to light up a room with his beautiful smile and positive demeanor.
He loved being a protector and making sure his family was taken care of. Words can’t explain how he loved his mother and father. TJ always spoke highly of his father, always bragging about how he has always been there for him and taught him how to be a respectful and well-mannered young man. He never ended a phone call of the day without letting his family know how much he loved them. He loved his uncle, Calvin, like no other. Words cannot express the bond that these two shared between each other. Uncle Calvin loved and treated him as if he was his very own son.
TJ was a landscaper and recently signed up for Ohio State College of Barber Styling and learning about real estate to gain financial independence.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Blaine L. Hairston, Sr.; great-grandmother, Virginia Hairston; grandmother, Rebecca Williams; brother, Jeremiah Williams; uncles, Blaine L. Hairston, Jr., Keith “40” Davis, and Reginald Hairston; aunt, Sonia Witcher; and goddad, Donnell White.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, LaTasha Hairston; father, Anthony Williams; grandmothers, Deborah Hairston and Roseanna Wilson; sisters, Tatiauna Hairston, Tanaisha Hairston, Amilya Williams, and Rockaccia Henderson; brothers, Angelo Goodrich, Jr., Jayden Hairston, and Ubaida Bradshaw; nieces, Gracie Miller, Rylee Byers, My’Lyn Woods, My’ami Woods, and Zoeei Goodrich; nephews, James “Champy” Miller and Isaiah “Baby Zay” Miller; special friends, Heaven Cox, Mariah Townsend, Waldrick Lyles, Quan Coates, and Adolphus Taylor; aunt, Lisa Hairston; cousins, Nygel Hairston, Michael Davis, Harold Sullivan, Carlos Taylor, Cameron Taylor, Natorie Williams, TaQuan Williams, LaVon Williams, Malon William and Kristi Hairston; uncles, Michael Lawrence, Calvin Hairston, Lorenzo Hairston, Jhon Hairston and Donte Williams; and a host of other uncles, aunts, and extended relatives too numerous to name.
