Clourietta Valderia Sneed, daughter of Mary Phillips and the late Euralee Phillips, was born April 12, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Cass Technical High School in 1970 and went on to a long and rewarding career at Procter & Gamble in purchasing and product supply. Married to Elmo Sneed, Clourietta had three children; Michelle Fason, Chenzira Sneed, and Isaac Sneed. As a mother of three, Clourietta instilled her Christian faith and love of the Lord in her children.
The granddaughter of Paul and Henrietta Hill, Clourietta grew up with a love of gardening and crafts which was passed down from her close and loving relationship with her grandmother. Clourietta was an avid craftswoman who sold her crocheted creations at fairs throughout Cincinnati and Columbus.
Clourietta will forever be remembered by her mother, children, sisters; Eurachia Jackson, Gustava Phillips, (preceding her) Leslie Ray and Vaniettea Phillips, and grandchildren; Jaden Fason and Sierra Fason. She will also be lovingly remembered by her cousins, aunts, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
