Earnest Hall, 71, went home to be with the Lord on Friday September 25, 2020 after a long term illness.
Earnest was born October 18, 1948 to the late Earnest Hall Sr.. and Minnie Hall Tucker in Pageton, West Va. He attended Gary High School and later moved to Columbus, Ohio where he graduated from Linden McKinley High School. After graduation he served in the United States Army, with a tour of duty in Vietnam.
Earnest retired from the City of Columbus (Department of Sanitation) after 30 years. He also worked for Transportation Resources for 9 years until his illness.
Earnest was a very loving and kind person with a great sense of humor he could make you laugh even when you was angry with him. He loved his family and would help anyone. He loved fishing which was his favorite sport. He loved music of all kinds and loved being outdoors and bowling.
Earnest was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest Hall Sr. and Minnie Hall Tucker.
Earnest leaves to cherish his memory wife, Karen and ten children (four sons and six daughters), Earnest Hall III, Antione Guishard, Alshay (Salina) Guishard, Andre Guishard, Alexee (Bryant) Carr, Alicia Guishard, Artresse (Rajer) Brown, Ayonna (David) Allen, Ashia Guishard and Adrian Guishard; twenty grand children, and five great grand children.
He also leaves a special aunt, Margaret Lawrence; two brothers and four sisters. Harold (Diane) Graves, Brenda (Alvin) Baker, Althea (James) Day, Marie Hall, Rachael Hall, and James”Jimmy” Hall, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
