Eugene Barclay was born on January 27, 1941, in Talladega, Alabama, to Quince and Febbie Barclay.

Eugene attended high school in Alabama. Eugene was in the airline industry for over fifty years.

Eugene was a loving, caring, and hard-working person. Eugene loved being around his family and friends.

Eugene departed his life on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Quince and Febbie Barclay.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory: his wife, son, daughter, siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
