Joseph L Harter

Joseph L. Harter was born Sep. 3rd 1973. He was taken from us Sep.10th 2021, 7 days past his 48th birthday.

He is survived by his mother Cathy J Buzbee and his only son Joseph T. Harter-White JR, both  whom he loved unconditionally as well as all other friends , family and his dog Jack.  Joe was a loving and caring  man who was known for being a "jack of  all trades" handyman who would readily  help any family or friends  in need without hesitation no matter the task.

We gather to honor and observe  the passage  of a loving son, father and dear friend. We now pass Joseph  over into the hands of our savior  Jesus Christ for safe passage to God. You are so loved Joe! Amen
