Keishawn Riley Obituary

Keishawn Edreese Riley was born July 2, 1991 in Columbus Ohio to Keisha R. Riley and Terrance Taylor. As a child Keishawn had many different interests ranging from football, boyscouts, fishing, and his true love being basketball and an avid Lakers fan which continued on into adulthood. Keishawn accepted Christ at a very young age while attending service with his grandmother every Sunday. Keishawn attended East Columbus Elementary and Westerville South Highschool where he then transferred to Job Corp to finish pursuing his education. Keishawn was employed by Alpine where he worked as a chef which brought him much joy and he became very close with his coworkers and owners of the company in which he considered his extended family. One of Keishawn's most prideful attributes in life was being a loving, dedicated, and devoted father to his three children as well as an amazing son, brother, nephew, and friend to many.

Keishawn was a very outgoing, happy, and loving son who loved to travel and made the most of his days by making memories everywhere he went as well as providing smiles on all of the faces around him. Keishawn made his transition to meet his grandmother on May 21, 2021 .

Preceding him in death is Great Grandmother, Gail Simmons; Grandmother, Jeanette Riley, Grandfather, Charles Riley, and Grandfather Lonnie Gates. Left to cherish his beautiful memory is Mother, Keisha R. Riley (Tyrone Forrest); Father, Terrance Taylor; Grandmother, Stephanie Dunnagan; Grandmother, Kandy Taylor; Aunts, Charmella Smith, Mesanque Smith, Nakia Taylor, Norma Jean Carroll; Uncles, Edreese Smith, Ramon Taylor, David Taylor; Sisters, Lita Prysock, Sha’Dawn Rodriguez, Kei-jawna Norris; Brothers Chris Taylor, Kaylynd Riley, Ralph Norris II; Special Cousins, Josiah Carroll, Hadassah Carroll, and children, Cherish Riley, Keishawn Riley Jr, Keilee Riley.
