Latiphanie Richardson Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my beloved mother, Latiphanie Charmaine Richardson, on October 24th, 2024, she gained her wings and went to be with the Lord. She was 48 years old when she closed her eyes and went to rest peacefully.

Born on May 17th, 1976, in Alexander City, Alabama, Latiphanie was a sweet, loving, compassionate woman. She was the life of the party on the dance floor and loved to have a great time dancing while she was out amongst family and friends. You couldn’t find Tiffany anywhere without her red lipstick and curls. She didn’t play about either and if you know you know. She spent her life dedicated to being a phenomenal mother, which was her main accomplishment in life that she was able to fulfill. She loved me deeply and always made sure I never went without. Tiffany was such a hard worker and took pride in figuring things out on her own. I was her prized possession, and everyone felt and knew it.

Latiphanie was known for her kindness, humor, strength in overcoming any obstacles she was faced with, her energetic personality that would fill the room, and her love for her family she would do anything for you no matter rain, sleet, or snow. Her passion for dancing was well known on the dance floor when going out. She’d be on the dance floor for 2-3 hours just soaking it all in having the time of her life it brought joy to those around her. She had a heart of gold which touched the lives of many.

Daughter survives her: Brittany Taylor Parents: Ruby Jean Palmer, Raymond Buckner (Carlmilla), Maternal Grandmother: Emma Jean Hardy “Big Momma” Sisters & Brother: Natasha Gore, (Esper), Jalessa Thomas, Nieces: Shantel, Jaliyah, Nephews: Quion, Rahshan Gordon, as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews, and friends who loved her dearly. Proceeded in death Grandparents: John Frank Russell, Lola Mae Buckner, Marion Buckner. She will be remembered for her warmth, unwavering support, and the love she shared so freely.
