Marilyn Estremera, 59, gained her Angel wings on April 5, 2023. She was born on March 31, 1964, in Brooklyn, New York, to Manuela Morales and Carmelo Estremera. They eventually moved their family to Philadelphia, where she was raised. She relocated to Columbus, Ohio, during her adult years to raise her family.
Marilyn’s life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were blessed to be touched by her or in her presence understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts exceeded the quantity of time that she stayed here. Many would say she was “THE LIFE OF THE PARTY.” One of her greatest gifts she utilized was being able to quickly forgive and love on the people around, her no matter what!
Marilyn possessed so many talents in different aspects of life. If you thought Molly Maid was top tier in cleaning, you are wildly mistaken my friend; Marilyn could come into your home in less than an hour and give you white glove services and even cook her famous arroz con gandules and fried chicken! She was the jack of all trades, and she did it with so much love and passion!
Above all, Marilyn was a phenomenal mother, sister, and grandmother. There was not a day that went by that she didn’t brag about her four children. Marilyn was survived by her four children, Enrique Ramirez, Carmelo Ramirez, Marilyn Estremera, and Amanda Estremera. She also leaves behind a ton of beautiful grandchildren, Tylena Estremera-Wiggins, Elizabeth Epps, Chay-Zon Ramirez, Shamar Ramirez, Haleyna Ramirez, Joseph George, Haley Kelsey, Brendyn Kelsey, Ciara Sanfillipo, Alyssa Ramirez, Jayveunce Estremera, Jahmier Estremera-Knight, Jevinah Johnson, and Roman Estremera-Rippy; great-granddaughter, Everleigh Mae George; and a host of sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews that she loved and touched deeply.
