Mi'Quis Shepherd

Mi’Quis “Noodlez” Deshawn Shepherd was a loving, caring, and devoted father, friend, and brother. He was a hard worker. He stayed employed with various companies as a mover.

On June 22, 2022, Mi’Quis shockingly departed from this earth to be alongside his mother, Arlillie Shepherd, in Heaven.

He is survived by: his lively father, Kevin Green, and his only daughter, Gia’Vonna Woods. Mi’Quis was born on July 10, 1992, in Columbus, Ohio. He was the oldest of all of his siblings: after himself, Te’Shayla Larry, Aysia Shepherd, Christopher Meeks, Jr., De’Jaun Meeks, De’Zjuan Meeks, Christian Meeks, Noah Meeks, Kai Staton-Green, and Kalei Staton-Green,. Mi’Quis cherished his loving grandparents, Wendy Jacobs, Joseph Green, and Martha Milner. He also deeply adored his uncle, Joseph “Joe” Jacobs, as well as his closest cousins, Jovont’e Jacobs, Temesha ‘Pumpkin’ Meek, and of course Aireonia Jacobs. Mi’Quis left behind a myriad of family and friends to truly remember him by. The guy who would always make you laugh, and stick up for you too! The guy who would be a tad late to get to you, but always came through! Mi will always be remembered as the guy you could count on who was willing to give you his last. Now, he eternally rests in paradise until we are in union again.

In recognition of who Mi’Quis “Noodlez” Deshawn Shepherd was, we all would like for you to take this time to honor “Mi” as a wonderful father and a compassionate man, who loved God and had a good time! But ultimately, he loved love.
