Natwan Antwan Moore, affectionately known to his family as “Heavy” and friends as “Boblez,” was born on July 19, 1993, in Miami, Florida to Labrisha Ware and Anthony Moore. He went home to be with the Lord on August 4, 2021.
Natwan attended Columbus Public Schools. He also attended Youth Build Community School. He grew up on Columbus’ north side in the Linden area. Natwan was a beloved grandson, son, brother, nephew, uncle, and cousin.
Natwan is preceded in death by his grandfather, James Somerset, and cousin, Malaysia Thornton. He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Labrisha Ware (Gary Turnetine) and Dave Waren; sister, Latoya Patterson; brothers, Gerald Smith and Jacoby “Bo” Patterson; grandmother, Emma Somerset; aunt, Michelle Moore (Henry); uncles, Anthony Barrett, Miami, and Kinta (Antwanette) Somerset.
Natwan loved Dragon Ball Z, which teaches teamwork, loyalty, and trustworthiness. His loyalty to his family was unsurpassed. He was a caring, fun-loving, outgoing person with a big smile. He will always be remembered as a handsome young man, a loving son, and a protective brother. He will be truly missed!
