Priscilla Ann Fluellen, born on February 18, 1964, in Columbus, Ohio, peacefully departed this life, leaving a legacy of love and compassion. She was the beloved daughter of the late Madelyn Fluellen-Russell and Percy Morton. After her mothers remarriage to Deacon George Russell, Priscilla was lovingly raised alongside her siblings in a nurturing and faith-filled home.
As the youngest of eight children, Priscilla was affectionately known for her ability to charm her way into getting what she wanted. here love for learning and caring for others led her to a distinguished career in nursing. Priscilla worked as a State Tested Nurse Aide, Certified Nurse Assistant, and a phlebotomist, among other positions, holding numerous licenses and certifications in the nursing field. Her patients adored her, and she spoke fondly of them, often calling them by their first names and sharing stories of her experiences with her family.
Priscilla has a profound appreciation for nature and enjoyed fishing and camping with her children when they were younger. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication to others will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Velora Cushenberry, and her brother Roosevelt Fluellen. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: David (Gabrielle) Fluellen, Isaiah Fluellen, Lamar Fluellen-Pitts of Columbus, Ohio, Satyn Fluellen, Tamira Fluellen-Pitts, and Geniece Fluellen-Pitts of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by her siblings: Rosa Pearl Fluellen, Ida Mae Fluellen, Damon Fluellen, and Kevin (Norleen) Fluellen, all of Columbus, Ohio. Priscilla's legacy continues through her 23 Grandchildren, 1 Great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Priscilla Ann Fluellen's life was a testament to the power of love, care, and dedication. She will forever be remembered for her unwavering commitment to her family, her patients, and her faith.
