Reginald "Reggie" Lee Cook. Left his earthly body on January 12, 2023 at 2pm at Grant Medical Center. He was the last of 13 children born to William and Ella
Cook on February 24" 1952 in Columbus, OH.

Reggie attended Columbus North High School where he graduated in 1972. Reggie was known for his talents in music, woodworking, fitness and food. His talent and love for food got him recognized locally at places like Bernie's Bagels, Noni's, and Rigsby's, in Columbus. He took his talents to Indiana where he was the head pastry chef at Meridian Hills Country Club in Indianapolis IN, and Anderson Country Club, in Anderson IN.

Reginald is predeceased by his parents Ella and William Cook, Life partner Alicia Goins, Brothers, Unnamed twin boys, George, Charles, William, and Robert Cook, and Sisters Minerva Edmondson, Yvonne Patterson and Annie Brandon. Left to cherish his memory, Bonus Daughters LaKisha and Mia Goins, Bonus Grandchildren Jaylen and Lailah Adams, Sharod and Brooklyn Pearson, and Mario Rempson III; Sisters Ella (Alvin) Woods, JoAnn Dunlap, and Brother Donald Cook; he also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
