Robert Darrell Carson

ROBERT CARSON, 28, passed away far too soon, leaving behind family and friends who loved him deeply.

Robert was born on May 31, 1997, in Columbus, Ohio, at OSU Hospital. He attended Eastmoor Academy High School, where he graduated in 2015. He was a devoted father to his two children, Kouri and Kiyan Carson, who were the center of his world. He was also a loving partner to his girlfriend, Precious Harmon-Roach. Being a dad was one of his greatest joys, and he worked hard every day to provide for his family. He enjoyed playing basketball with his nephews. He was more than just an uncle, he was a true father figure. He guided, supported, and showed them love in a way that left a lasting mark on their hearts. Robert spent many special moments creating music with his brother, Quintin, and his cousin, Stanley (Mann). Those times were filled with creativity, bonding, and unforgettable memories. A dedicated man, Robert took pride in what he did and in making sure his loved ones were cared for.

Full of life and light, Robert had a spirit that could brighten any room. Known as a true “dancing machine,” he brought laughter, music, and joy wherever he went. His energy was contagious, his smile unforgettable, and his love for his family unwavering.

He is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Richard and Annie Carson, and uncles, Robert and Ronald Carson. He is survived by his father, Michael Carson; mother, Rolanda Jolliff; grandmother; Beverly Gibson; brother, Quintin Jolliff; sister, Alacia Jolliff; beloved children, Kouri and Kiyan Carson; girlfriend, Precious Harmon-Roach; three nephews, Robert and Ryder Laws, and Kayden Jolliff; best friends, Antuan Scott and Andre Marshall; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Robert’s legacy lives on through his children, in his music and in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always cherished.
