Rogena Mae Williams affectionately known as “Tiny” was born March 31, 1952, in Columbus, Ohio. Tiny lost her battle to Alzheimer’s disease and gained her heavenly wings on Monday, October 23, at the Kobacker House surrounded by her family and close friends.
