Ronald Brock III

Ronald J Brock III (Contreras) aAectionately known as “Ron Ron” 35 of Columbus, Ohio was born to Ronald J Brock II and Lashonda Ward on August 7, 1990, in Columbus, Ohio, and entered into eternal rest on April 28, 2026.

Ron Ron’s life was marked by an everlasting devotion to his family and friends, his deep faith to Christ and his dedicated work ethic. Ron Ron attended West High School in Columbus, Ohio where he graduated in 2010. His selfless devotion to others eventually spread into his professional life, where he went on to pursue a career in dietary in various health care facilities in his hometown throughout his life. Ron Ron was most recently employed with Crown Pointe Care Center, where he was committed to assisting residents and families with his compassion, loving care and his utmost respect.

Outside of his professional life Ron Ron found immense joy in bringing people together, creating unforgettable memories every chance he could by cooking his famous dishes for his friends and family. He enjoyed singing and dancing most of the time to the same song on repeat and spending time with his loved ones. Ron Ron was a vibrant personality known for his positivity, fun, and expressive bubbly character, and his remarkable ability to bring contagious laughter and light to anywhere he visited, and to everyone he crossed paths with. With a deep love and passion for music, Ron Ron made it his duty to spread his love language of music to everyone around him every day, leaving everyone’s spirit a bit lighter when he was around.

Ron Ron lived a big life, but his heart was even bigger. He was a man of kindness, generosity, and compassion. He was an embodiment of positive impact. A passionate spirit and the true definition of selflessness. A spirit that always inspired others, he was an individual who always provided countless amounts of love, laughter, support, and endless encouragement to his family and friends. A solid individual always willing to go the extra mile, he was always the first to oAer help or support to anyone, irrespective of knowing them. He was full of love and always a reliable lifeline to anyone in need. His incredibly huge heart, positive energy, and relentless devotion to others left an incredible impact and deep imprint on anyone that ever crossed his path.

Ron Ron is proceeded in death by a multitude of family members including his grandfather Larry Treadway, great grandfather Blanks Treadway, great grandmother Sophronia Staten, great grandfather Alfred Ward Sr., great grandmother Rosa Lee Miller, great aunt Linda Ward, great uncles Randy Ward and Alfred (Diane) Ward Jr., aunt Gladys (Audie) Saunders, aunts Jamecia “Mimi” Ward and Catrina Brock, grandfather Nathaniel Howard Brock, and a host of other long-lost family members.

Ron Ron was a caring and beautiful, generous, loving and kind soul. He never judged anyone and his existence alone provided the brightest light on the darkest of days. His infectious laughs lit up any room he ever danced in, and his fun entertaining stories that he loved to tell with such liveliness and candor will be deeply missed. As we say goodbye to Ron Ron-a son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend let us remember him for his remarkable and positive influence, his unconditional love, support, and dedication to his family. His ability to provide laughs and love when we needed it most will never be forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace and his memory live on in the hearts of everyone he touched throughout his life. He was not the life of the party; he was the party.

Ron Ron is survived by and leaves to cherish his loving memory his mother Lashonda Ward and Father Ronald (Tabitha) Brock II; grandmothers Alice Brock and Rosetta “Sissy” Ward; siblings Danielle Brock and Rasheed Kareem Brock; aunts Kjuana Ward-DJ and Phatima Brock. Uncles Keith Brock and Demtrius (Aftin) Farmer; great aunt Tonya Ward; great uncles Jerry Ward and Audie Ward; special cousin Brandy Ward of Columbus, Ohio; and a host of other family members and many dear friends.
