Ronald Lawrence Thrweatt Jr.

Ronald Lawrence Thrweatt, Jr., was born June 19, 1966, to Barbara Latham and Ronald Thrweatt, Sr. He was the first of two children born to this union. Ron grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and attended Northland High School. Ron was an avid skater in his younger years, loved his Ohio State Buckeyes and lately developed a love for playing pool. Ron was an amazing man and loved his
immediate and extended family. In April of 2022, Ron married his loving wife, Diane West, and these two remained married until God called him Home. On January 28, 2025 at 6:50 AM, Ronald L. Thrweatt, Jr., responded to the sweet voice of God telling him to come and find eternal rest. He spent his final days surrounded by love, his wife, children, brother, niece, and cousins were at his bedside daily. Ron was greeted at Heaven’s gates by his mother, Barbara White Mills; father, Ronald Thrweatt, Sr.; son, Deron Overton; aunts, Sylvia Latham and Katie Davis; and uncle, Reverend Frank Latham. He leaves to cherish his memory and mourn his passing, his wife, Diane Thrweatt; children, Ronnetta Abercrombie and Carron Thrweatt; brother, Carlos (Melissa) Thrweatt; 15 grandchildren; niece, Sasha Lamarr, aunt Dorothy Butler; a host of other family and friends.
