Tammy Murphy

Tammy Murphy departed this life on Sunday, September 5, 2021. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 10, 1972, to the late Ernestine Murphy

She attended Columbus State Community College, where she studied mental health and addiction. She worked as an assistant GM at Popeye’s Chicken in Columbus, Ohio, where she moved 10 years ago.

Tammy gave her life to the Lord and became a member of the Columbus Bibleway Church. When Tammy wasn't working, she was shopping and spending time with family and friends. She had a special relationship with all her little cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren

Tammy had a beautiful soul and will be greatly missed. Those left to cherish her memory are: Anthony Carmichael; her sons, Ernest Murphy and Darryl Varner; grandchildren, Demetrious Murphy and Jeremiah Hunt-Mills; brothers, Troy (Yolanda) Murphy, Paul (Trina) Murphy, and Damon Murphy; sister, Regina (John) Brock; special uncle, Larry Jones; special cousin/sister, JaVhon Jones; and host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by mother, Earnestine Murphy, brother, Tracy Murphy, niece, Javon Murphy, and special aunt, Andrea Jones.
