Obituary
Wayne Lee Peaks (Peak) was born to the late John Peak and Muriel (Adams) Bowman on June 3, 1945. He entered into his eternal rest on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Raymond, George, Willard and Karl, daughter Tracy Peaks and fiancé Betty Johnston.
Wayne was an Army Veteran and at the time of his transition he held the position of Chaplain at the Columbus Eagle Motorcycle Club.
Wayne leaves to cherish his memory, daughter Twhila Peaks and devoted nephew Derek Johnson, sister Winola Earnestine, grandchildren, Dana, Charnell, Carnell (Mack), host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and his motorcycle brothers and sisters.
In remembrance of Wayne the Columbus Eagle Motorcycle Club will be hosting a celebration of life on April 22, 2023 at 2PM-4PM, at 1640 Patton Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43219. Tree planting ceremony and Veterans wall dedication TBA. For further details contact twhila1@gmail.com
