Willie Stepney

Willie James Stepney was born May 26, 1947 in Jasper Mississippi to his parents Mary Ella Stepney and Floyd Stepney Sr. Willie went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2018.

Willie was preceded in death by his parents, and his sisters Hattie Ruth (Ervin)Tatum, Annie Ruth (Ranson)Triplet, Mary Lou, Diane (Sam) White and three brothers, Floyd (Rudy) Stepney Jr.,Robert (Brenda) Stepney and Sam(Geraldine) Stepney.

Willie was a Veteran and served in the Army. Upon completing his service, he worked at the Steel Drum for over 35 years before retiring. Willie was married to Deborah Milloy on March 22, 2016.

He leaves to cherish his memory with his wife and step daughters Devin Simmons and Daphne Milloy; sister Fannie (James)Holifield and brother ODell Milton  and Charles (Shirley) Stepney; nephews and nieces, cousins and friends and his favorite niece, Lapena; five grandchildren, Jamila Milloy, Myah Elder, Courtney Gary, Jaheim Simmons and Destiny Simmons and his son-in-law, Greg Simmons.
