On behalf of our family we would like to thank Lori and the entire Affinity Memorial Chapel staff for the AWESOME loving care provided for our mother, Charlotte Hurst. Their professionalism and caring spirit is beyond reproach. We were blessed to meet Lori in 2009, when our father passed away and blessed again that we were able to secure her services for our mother. Just wanted to say thank you to the staff of affinity memorial chapel they done a wonderful job my mom service was beautiful her name is Vernida and I loved everything about it. I will recommend this chapel cause it's always on time and always on point thank you 😊 Her staff was so kind and helpful I even love how they song out the end of her service. ❤

I met Lori Diaz during the Homegoing Service for my Aunt. I was told by a member of her staff to ask Lori for a work excuse that I needed for my job. I had no knowledge at the time that Lori was the CEO of Affinity! She was very approachable and friendly. Lori advised me to text her my info and she would get the excuse to me and she promptly did so. In my Thank You email to Lori, I told her that I did not look forward to seeing her again and not to take it personal. However, I must say, that I was amazed by the professionalism of the entire staff. They all felt like family! They were warm and compassionate and it appeared genuine and heartfelt, not cold. Although I do not look forward to seeing any of them again, life and death continues and I will definitely recommend as well as use their services again in the future. Keep up the wonderful job Lori! Kudos to the entire team/staff!!!!!
